CAS – Home workout

Due to the lockdown physical activity was decreased. So I thought that I should use this time do something from which I can stay physically fit. So I started doing home workout.

Learning Outcomes –

L1 – Identify own strengths and develop areas for growth
In my PS we I play football and in which we also de some exercises for warm up and cool down. So I did those exercises, mainly which I struggled in PS that is all the core exercises. So I did core for 3 days and upper and lower body for 4 days. Which helped me improve in doing core exercises as well as others.

L2 – Demonstrate that challenges have been undertaken, developing new skills in the process.
In the starting I faced issues and found it difficult to do for more time and there was pain in my stomach and my core muscles. But I continued to do the exercises and after 1 week the pain gone and my body adapted the pain. So now I am able to do exercises without pain.

L4 – Show commitment to and perseverance in CAS experiences
Showing commitment towards this task was very necessary as most of the people without commitment quits it because of the short term difficulties they face due to this which is pain. I showed commitment to this which resulted positive. I was able to do the core exercises without facing any difficulties. I think without showing commitment towards this, this would not be successful.
