So as my CAS experience I chose to make food and feed people. For this experience I made food for 10 people for 5 days. This experience was very emotional for me as looking at poor people who beg for food gave me a lot of blessings. During this experience I was able to cover a lot of learning outcomes, the learning outcome are :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Learning outcome 4: Show commitment to and perseverance in CAS experiences<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>So as mentioned above, I had to make food for 10 people for 5 days. Which took a significant amount of my time and energy but it was all worth it as it was for a cause and it made me feel proud as a person as I did an act of kindness.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Learning outcome 6: Demonstrate engagement with issues of global significance<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>About 821 million people in the world don\u2019t have enough food to eat. That\u2019s a huge number! This CAS experience enabled me to act towards the second sustainable development goal which is Zero hunger.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Learning outcome 7: Recognise and consider the ethics of choices and actions<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>During this experience, I realized that I shouldn\u2019t waste food and take hunger as a serious issue. Before doing this experience, I remember wasting a lot of food at home and eating outside. Now I know the importance of food in people\u2019s lives. And I will never forget about those 821 million people who don&#8217;t have access to food before thinking of wasting any of the food that I have.
