Because of lockdown and covid I was at home for almost a year and because of online studies this made me feel lazy and impacted my physical health . So I decided to start cycling everyday for at least 30-45 minutes to get fit and a nice way to spend time during my free time rather than being on the screen and being lazy .&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>LO2&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As I said before this was challenging because I didn\u2019t do any activity for over a year . And getting rid of laziness was one of the most challenging parts I faced during this experience .
