Also, I plan to go to college in Canada, where French is the second-most spoken language, so it might come in handy sometime.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A few years ago, I had purchased some textbooks and beginner-level coursebooks for french, but I never actually got around to learning it because I could never make enough time to study sincerely. This year, when I was stuck at home with nothing to do, I decided to finally open those books and teach myself some french with the help of the textbook exercises and some YouTube videos. I also attempted to watch a french movie with english subtitles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Learning Outcomes:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>LO2- Demonstrate that challenges have been undertaken, developing new skills in the process.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It was a very challenging experience to learn a new language that I knew absolutely nothing about by myself. Often while reading, I\u2019d be confused about what a word means in english, when or when to not add accents and symbols over the letters when spelling a difficult word, and how to pronounce certain words. However, some YouTube videos and Google Translate came to my rescue and cleared my doubts.
