My mother taught me to make potato mash. For the first time, I took help from her and cooked it. I was struggling in putting the spices as per the tastes sometimes I put more and sometimes less and the taste does not balance. I will cook it once a week so that I can improve and can make it independently.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L2 &#8211; Demonstrate that challenges have been undertaken, developing new skills<br>in the process<br>There were many challenges I faced in this experience as this was a completely new skill for me to perform. I had difficulties in measuring and putting the number of spices for a perfect taste. Also in boiling the potato, I was not able to identify that the potato is boiled or not. So I observed the time for which we have to boil the potato which helped me in identifying.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L4 &#8211; Show commitment to and perseverance in CAS experiences<br>I showed proper commitment towards cooking which was important as I failed sometimes but didn&#8217;t quit doing it. I knew there would be some difficulties that I may face so I was prepared for it.
