I took my fitness challenge during lockdown as especially me. I was becoming lazy and inactive during lockdown . I then decided to start doing exercise in the morning for 10 minutes and then increase my time by 5 minutes . As fitness makes us active I had to force against my inactive and lazy nature .
Learning outcome 1 : Identify your own strengths and develop areas for personal growth.
I had learned the basic exercise previously in school but my dad had also taught me a few more exercises during the task . I used to do exercise in school and also used to play table tennis but during lockdown I decided to do consistently with my dedication . as it has improved my thinking and self management skills .
Learning outcome 2 : Demonstrate that challenges have been undertaken, developing new skills in the process.
I started doing exercise from 1st of october and decided to do it till a month I basically did some basic exercises like push ups , squats , planks , lungees . I even used to watch videos related to that ( chole workout) .It was very difficult to wake up early in the morning and also after pain was terrible at times . In early stages I used to get tired in very less time due to lack of stamina.
I overcome this challenge by motivating myself to increase my time every time I do exercise . and finally I completed . I feel proud that I successfully completed the challenge .
Learning outcome 4 : show commitment to and perseverance in cas experience
As mentioned above this activity needs energy and stamina which requires dedication to develop it . To develop stamina I need to exercise for longer periods of time without any intervals. Initially it was very difficult and with practice and perseverance it was easy.
This activity requires me to commit to do the task for a longer time without any breaks.
And finally I complete the task by showing commitment and doing the task with perseverance and dedication which led to completing the task successfully .
Learning outcome 7 : recognize and consider the ethics of choices and actions
As this task impacted me positively and kept me motivated so even after I had done exercising for a month I still continue doing it . and also now I don’t easily get exhausted or tried.
