LO6 Why are they important globally? How? Where? How did you know?

In addition to maintaining international peace and security, the United Nations protects human rights, delivers humanitarian aid, promotes sustainable development and upholds international law. The MUN is a mock represeantation of the UN. With the purpose of international cooperation to solve issues such as hunger and pollution, through civil dialogue.

LO5 Why is it important to be able to work collaboratively with others?During this activity I had to collaborate with colleagues and opponents alike due to the collaborative nature of the MUN which encourages teamowork. This encouragement is essential as the final goal of the MUN is a collaborative descriptive solution which I was a co author and signatory of.

LO7 What ethical issues were involved in this activity? Explain. 

The ethical issues involved were mostly related with the topics of discussion which sometimes had to be treated with respect. Such as whilst discussing natural calamities.
