Reflection with described LO’s and evidence

I increased the level of difficulty after being familiar and succeeding at the particular work-out; complete it without any effort. Also, I had to complete more cycling activities in the 22-26 kilometer range to have a better performance in terms of better speed, increased endurance and being more familiar on the cycle to increase the level of complexity!
