Cycling

After a very long time, I started cycling around 2 months ago and have been doing it since then. While cycling, I am thoroughly enjoying the company of the Sun and the clouds. Seeing people work out on regular basis inspires me. While the pandemic made life tough, I saw a silver lining: we all had time to do things that we couldn’t do due to our hectic schedules.

LO1

I realized, cycling is a low-impact, enjoyable activity that can be done by people of all ages, from toddlers to seniors. It’s also environmentally friendly.It also helped me increase my stamina be healthy.

LO2

At first, I used to cycle a little and get tired but as time went by, I was able to do it for longer periods of time. I often began to travel a greater distance in a shorter period of time. My stamina improved as well, allowing me to devote more time to my studies.

LO4

When compared to other physical activities that keep you indoors or need particular hours or locations, the adventure and buzz you get from coasting down hills and getting outside ensure that you are more likely to keep cycling on a daily basis. Cycling is something I believe I will never get tired of and will continue to do in the future.Cycling for long distances often leads to pain in legs and it feels like to not continue it.But my comminment towards the activity led my to continue it.
