Introduction : We organized a football tournament in a turf ground. In the football tournament there were teams from different parts of the city. We as a team chose to organise this tournament as it requires a lot of commitment and management skills.

LO 2 : Demonstrate that challenges have been undertaken, developing new skills in the process
In organising this football tournament there were many challenges that we had to overcome. Time management skills were essential, as there are many teams participating in the tournament so we have to go asper the schedule which can sometimes be difficult to do. But with the help of organizing this tournament, it helped us manage our time management and management skills.
LO 3 : Demonstrate how to initiate and plan a CAS experience
As we were conducting this on a turf ground, we had to plan and manage how much time is going to be consumed so that we could take permission for it. And we had a league stage in the beginning so we had to plan which team would play against each other. All of this was done through the planning which we had done initially.
LO 4 : Show commitment to and perseverance in CAS experience
This tournament was organized in a midst of a pandemic, so we had to consider all the requirements such as Hand sanitizers and mask. To ask each and everyone to wear there mask at all times required commitment. And this tournament was a league stage initially so to follow the schedule and ask everybody to do so was required.
LO 5 : Demonstrate the skills and recognize the benefits of working collaboratively
We were a group of people who had organized this tournament, as there were many people in organizing, the tournament went very smoothly. As initially we had divided the work which each individual needs to do, so that the tournament could run smoothly. The benefit it gave us is that there were minimum problems that could affect the flow of the tournament.
LO 7 : Recognize and consider the ethics of choices and actions
As in the tournament there were more than 3 teams, we had to take all the decisions ethically, be it in referring the game or taking decision off the pitch. These decision would affect every stakeholder, so it had to be taken ethically.
