LO 2 : Demonstrate that challenges have been undertaken, developing new skills in the process

The tournament as organized in the midst of a pandemic there were many problems that had to be handled. The time management was key in this project participating in the tournament especially regarding the several number of teams. So we had to go according to stick with the schedule and make many adjustments according to the winning and loosing situation of the team.

LO 3 : Demonstrate how to initiate and plan a CAS experience 

The planning in the exercise was sophisticated as we had to make accurate assumptions on the time taken of a game, manage any dispute between teams, arrange for fair matchups of teams and keep track of an accurate scoring records.

LO 4 : Show commitment to and perseverance in CAS experience

The tournament was something new to us which me and was little challenging to organize amidst a pandemic. The Covid 19 pandemic made us the organizers brainstorm over potential safety concerns and made us come up with safety protocols – masks, hand sanitizers and social distancing

LO 5 : Demonstrate the skills and recognize the benefits of working collaboratively

We were a sizeable group of people who had taken part in organizing this tournament, as there were many people organizing, the tournament fortunately went smoothly. As initially we had divided the work which each individual needs to do, so that the tournament could run smoothly and reduce the workload per organizer .

LO 7 : Recognize and consider the ethics of choices and actions

As in the tournament there were more than 30 people , we had to take all the decisions ethically as safety during the pandemic was crucial. Additionally referring the game or taking decision off and on the pitch affected the stakeholders and teams thus decisions taken carried consequence.
