Hello! I’m Aahan Patel, an 18-year-old student at Fountainhead School. I am a balanced individual with many different interests. I have endless admiration for the sciences and enjoy learning more about them. I enjoy many different sports and have been a national track athlete. 

I would like to improve my time-management, communication and personal skills. In the coming years, I hope to make significant contributions to society in one form or another and wish to make the best of what I have been given. I am planning to study computer engineering and I aim to use the new knowledge I gain to aid the progress of humanity towards a brighter future. One of my other interests is the arts, specifically visual and musical. I have great admiration for these artforms and occasionally enjoy creating a few artworks of my own. In the future, I would like to be a part of many different intellectual, artistic and athletic communities. Through them, I hope to develop my current interests and become a more balanced individual.

Through the life I’ve lived, I have learned that life is uncertain and confusing. I want my life to be satisfactory and balanced. Which means that I want to explore and learn about everything that I can and do what makes me happy. At the end of the day, I don’t want to have any major regrets and so far, I don’t.

My one primary concern is the way humanity is progressing. Our growth is not sustainable in almost every way. While environmental sustainability is an issue, sustaining our well-being has also become a major issue. After the pandemic, I have realized the importance of physical and mental health.

My dream is to live my life to its fullest and be the best version of myself. This includes making significant contributions to the lives of people around me, my family and my friends.
