I created a Music track for my cousin’s clothing brand “OneTwoOneThree” Me being a music producer, it was easy for me to do it in given deadline. He was very much satisfied from it. I met all of his requirements too. I also did for free as i wanted to personally grow out of the experience.

LO – 3 Demonstrate how to initiate and plan a CAS experience

I first asked the client his requirement’s and genre of music, then i sent him few of my samples that i created and he chose one of them. I tried to make it as funkier and groovy as i can, cause it really attracts the viewers attention. I then wrote all the requirements on a paper and worked on each of them one by one. He was satisfied by the track. Planning was harder compared to initiation cause once you’re in the zone of making music, things tend to come together on its own. I guess planning will be easier for me now in the future because I’ve started this habit of planning and writing down the requirements on a piece of paper first and then accomplish it. This is important because this would ensure that nothing is left off. Focus would be more concentrated on your short term goal.

LO – 4 Show commitment to and perseverance in CAS experiences

The only reason why this CAS experience was difficult for me is the work load from school. I wasn’t able to do any other co curricular activities except studying. I had to give up either my sleep or my studies. I also had to meet the deadline for this song with the deadline of my school work. Taking this work was a challenge for me itself as i wasn’t sure if i would be able to do it in the given time. But time management and focus took me to the finish line.
